Returns and Refunds:

We aim to achieve only the highest standard of customer experience and satisfaction however, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement.

Please send us an email as soon as possible upon receiving your order to hello@quickslick.com.au with photos of the damaged item/s. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement or issue a partial or full refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Quick Slick is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the address provided upon ordering. We will provide all tracking and shipping carrier information to customers for their further investigation.
